Overview
Ideal for indoor furniture as well as outdoor garden furniture, Barrettine Teak Oil penetrates unsealed wood, including hardwood, and leaves a matt finish for indoor furniture and a natural, water repellant finish for garden furniture. Apply with a brush or lint free cloth to regularly to nourish, revive and feed wood, reducing the weathered look and leaving a satin finish. Not suitable for use on oak.

Preparation
Ensure that the surface to be treated is clean and dry, and free from varnish, paint, wax etc.
Application
Test a small area first in an inconspicuous place to make sure you're happy with the finished results. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the tin.
- Shake well before use.
- Apply 2- 3 thin coats of Barrettine Teak Oil with a brush or , allowing 12-24 hours between coats.
- Leave a minimum of 1 day after applying the final coat before using the treated item.
- If you are using the oil outside, a prior application of wood preservative treatment that must be allowed to dry is recommended. Very regular re-treatment will be required if used for outside wood.
